question with the lay-out

hi alex! i have another question with the lay-out. there seems to be a really big white space above the form, as seen on the image. ive tried all possible adjustments to the css but couldnt seem to get rid of it. would you know how or where i could make the adjustments to remove it?

You can remove the text "Contact Us" from the contact information and add it into the title parameter of the link to the contact form.
See the section "Parameters (System)", "Page Title" parameter of that link in the menu.
