Next, I was having the same problem in figuring out how to change the contact info so maybe just add a line in the help section of the profile that would clue some of us in that we need to remember the obvious

Very, very pleased with the module. Very intuitive EXCEPT I found this post because I could not figure it out either! LOL! I too, after a gazillion hours of looking at the backend, forget about those dog-gone buttons. Maybe they should make them blink, or wiggle...haha. Anyways, love it! Met my 5 a.m. deadline for my most frustrating customer! Now I will read the documentation after a nap!

OK. Maybe I was  not looking good enough.

I'm not sure what you mean.
The entire design of any web page can be controlled by CSS and usually the template's CSS is the one controlling the way the page is displayed.
What you could try is setting the width of the contact form and of the contact information from the profile ( "Contact form width" and "Contact information width" fields ).

If you provide a link to your page and a more detailed description of the problem I might be able to give you more help with this.

As I said, this is a template problem.

A screen recording will not help.

I'm guessing you have some kind of problem in your Joomla instance.

That is in the language file ( language\en-GB\en-GB.com_aicontactsafe.ini for English ).

That's a WYSIWYG editor. If it's not working properly you have some problems in your Joomla instance. Don't know what else I could tell you about it. I would check the access rights to the files and folders, especially the ones in the "images" folder.

Make sure you make the modifications in the correct profile and that you don't have a translation extension that requires modifications.
Also make sure you clear the cache both in your browser and in Joomla.
