No email arrives

Hello

AiContactSafe I installed and configured according to my needs, the problem comes when I fill in the form, once completed it but I accept the data coming to my email address specified. this problem has happened to me too similar to other aiContactSafe adds. Does anyone know the reason for this problem?

aiContactSafe is using Joomla's API to send emails, so make sure you correctly configured a mail server in your global configuration page.

You can try to set the destination of the messages in the profile ( "Email address" ). Try it with different emails.
You can try to activate "Set the sender to the default Joomla email address" from the control panel of aiContactSafe and set an email address in your global configuration that is setup on the same email server that you're using.

Try setting up a gmail account in your global configuration ( http://baylinux.com/resources/45-joomla … patch.html ) to see if the emails are sent with it.
