Issue with JoomFish

Issue with JoomFish

Hi,

I installed joomfish and activated it in contactai safe.
When I'm using my native language (portuguese-brazil), contact safe work perfectly!
but when i translate with joomfish, the component used is the native joomla component.

Why it happens, if joomfish is already activated in contact safe?

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean.
Joom!Fish is used to translate the texts in the database, language files are used to translate the text used in the php code.
There is no connection between them except the fact that you need the language installed to be able to use Joom!Fish with it.

Can you specify more details ?
Can you post a link to your site ?

My question is: If I'm using the ai contact component in menu 'contact', the correct would be in native language and even in translated, be the same component in that menu, isn't?

But, when I click in english flag, and click in 'contact' menu, the form for contact is the native from joomla and not the ai contact safe. (and in portuguese (default), is the ai contact safe that appears).

Can you understand now? I'm terrible for explain... tongue

Don't worry about the language. English is not my fist language either. smile

Now I understand your problem.

First make sure that the link in your menu manager is opening aiContactSafe.
Then ...
You need to go into Joom!Fish administrator page, "Translation", select each language at a time and select "Menus" in the "Content elements" list.
Then select the "CONTACT" link in each language and delete it.
It will be deleted only from Joom!Fish not from your menu manager.

Now translate that menu link in the language you need.

Also I suggest setting the background color of the CAPTCHA code ( from the profile ) to #000000 so the CAPTHCA code will be visible at a better quality.
