How to only use Email account to view and reply back to messages

How to only use Email account to view and reply back to messages

Hi all, I would like to use only my Email Account to view and reply to messages sent via the aiContactSafe component. I only want to use the aiContactSafe for the contact form only. How can I do this?

You can deactivate the recording of the messages in the database using the field "Record the messages in the database" from the profile.
Please see it's instructions on the right side of that window.

Hi Alex, could you tell me where this setting is please? I had a look at the profiles and control panel tabs but couldn't finbd it?

In the administrator page, top menu, "Components", "aiContactSafe", "Profiles", click the name of the profile you want to use and you will find that field on that page.
