Component Address Appears In Contact Form

Hi all,
how can I remove the component name/address from the contacts form, aswell as the image with the adress?

That is done from the profile.
Click "Edit contact" and you will be able not even to set what text you want there but to set the position of that text relative to the contact form or deactivate it completely.
