attachments do not want to upload

Hi,
I`ve just installed the component and set up form including fileld with attachment that can be upload - unfortunatelly when it is uploading ... it is asking me to wait a while.... that while seems to be never ended. There is no problem with no attachment to use form.
Tried with txt and jpg extensions - small volume.
Do I miss something? any idea?

Your page is generating some strange "404 Not Found" errors.
Either the extension is not properly setup or you don't have the appropriate access rights setup to the files and folders in your Joomla instance.
