You need to install this plugin:
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/access-a-security/site-security/captcha/8070
Configure it to use reCaptcha and activate it from the profile of aiContactSafe.

The CSV is not designed to do that.
What you can do is import the messages in xls, remove the columns you don't need, add the header labels and print the messages like that.
As I told you the columns are exactly the same, if you don't add more...
