Hi

captcha does not appear on IE 9 but appears on Firefox and Chrome.

Hi,

You have a javascript problem on your site, most probably generated by some javascript code that is executed only in IE. You need to identify what is causing it and fix it or replace it.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
