I am desperate for help! I have one existing contact form that displays correctly, with all the right label background colors, submit button, etc.

I created a new / additional contact form, and it is not displaying any of the proper coloring, backgrounds, or submit button.

I have gone into the "Edit CSS" of the profile dozens of times trying to change things, and none of my changes take. I made sure that the profile ID number matched the menu item, where it says "mainbody_" and then the number.

If you could help I would be very grateful. Please let me know if you have any questions about my issue. Thanks.

I did not create the original contact page.

The steps I took to create this new form are as follows:

1) I created a new profile.
2) I created a new menu.
3) Within the new menu, I created a new menu item which was an AIContact safe form. Then I chose the newly created profile under Basic Parameters.

I was able to apply some modules to the page (the free evaluation / questions graphics on the right side of the page). But I can't get the submit button graphic to display and I can't get the labels to look the way they should, with the green backgrounds, etc. Also at the bottom of the form you will see a small grey button -- this is the submit button and it seems to work, however the graphic is not coming up.

You're using a modified version of aiContactSafe. Can't help you with that, sorry.
You can contact the developer that modified it or install the current version and contact me again if the problems persists.

Thank you for getting back to me. I made some modifications yesterday (after I sent you the link) in order to try to get some of the nice styling back, e.g. the green backgrounds of the fields. I did this by entering pieces of style code into the field parameters.

Is there a way to get the styling to display on this one? I am thinking it may just be a matter of the CSS not attaching itself for some reason. But I can't seem to get it to work. Thank you very much for your time.

Is not the CSS that is modified, but the extension's PHP code.
