Do you have your site on-line on on your local computer ?
Is you site sending other emails ?
Are you getting the messages in the "Messages" section of the extension ?
Do you get any error messages ?

Is online, is a site for testing extensions: x2.natmix.com.br. I get no error message, then send, appears to confirm sent. And the message appears "Your Messages". The form is in the "More about Joomla!

Gostaria que as mensagens recebidas, fosse encaminhadas para um e-mail que se encontra dentro a hospedagem, chegando a esse e-mail iria redirecionar para um e-mail pessoal ( ex. hotmail, gmail ou outros ). Estou encaminhando a imagem novamente para avaliação.

Are you getting the email address where you want to receive the message in the "Sent to" column of the messages ? If you do, the messages are sent and your problem is with the email server receiving or the one sending the message.
