That is the "Fields" section. I said you need to check the "Messages" section.
Did you tried sending emails with other part of Joomla ?

I've tested your site and the emails are sent ( I've got a copy of the message ).
You need to check the "Sent to" column from the messages section as I told you in my previous post to see if it contains the email address where you want to receive the message.

Yes, that. I'm guessing you made the changes with the email in the wrong profile.
The page you posted the link to is using the profile with the ID 2. What is the ID of the profile you've changed ( the ID is a column displayed in the "Profiles" table ) ?
