Most probably you have a javascript problem on the site that prevents AJAX from working properly.
You need to identify what is causing the problem and fix it or replace it. I would start with the rokbox extension.

I disabled all rokbox javascript now. Only Js requested by aicontactsafe module is being loaded.

The probblema continues. Any suggestions?

What are you using for SEF ?
Try updating to Joomla 2.5 ( 1.7 has some security problems anyway ).
Update aiContactSafe to the last stable version ( 2.0.18 now ).

I use sh404Sef. But I have disabled sh404Sef to component aicontactsafe.

I updated the component aicontactsafe and apparently fixed the problem. I will do more tests. Thanks for your support. I had not seen that there was an update to the component. Congratulations it is a great component. Indispensable.
