I have a problem, delete the module and the aicontactsafe time to go on the control panel to uninstall it because it does not work more module, how can I do to be able to uninstall and install again?

The install/uninstall procedure is exactly the same as with any other Joomla components.
The modules and plugins can be installed/uninstalled from the control panel of aiContactSafe.
If you want to completely remove the component you have to access it's control panel and click "Delete tables". That will remove only the tables of aiContactSafe and will redirect the page to the extension's manager of Joomla where you can uninstall the rest of the files of aiContactSafe, by using the normal uninstall procedure of a Joomla extension.
