I have installed new AICONTACTSAME component in joomla 1.7. After installation captcha image not display. Could you please help me any body.

Most probably you don't have GD with FreeType support on your server. You can check if this is the case in the control panel of aiContactSafe. Only your hosting provider can help you fix the problem if this is the case.

I am having the same problem with the captcha code not showing up in a joomla 2.5 install. I've checked the GD in my control panel and it gives me the green light that it is compatible:

bundled (2.0.34 compatible) with FreeType Support

I also installed aicontactsafe on a new site just two days prior to the one I have trouble with, and it works fine. no problems. I basically kept everything at default on both installs. I checked both set ups side by side to see if I had mistakenly changed something,but didn't notice any difference.

I'm guessing you missed something because an extension can't work on a server and not work on another if everything is exactly the same. Can you post a link to the page with the problem ?

Both sites are actually on the same server. the one with the problem is:

The only real difference I can see is that I am using different templates on each. Don't know if that would have any effect or not. The problem site might have a couple different extensions, but I didn't think they would cause a problem. Is there anything in aicontact that other extensions may be conflicting with?
