Estoy usando la misma forma para dos personas en el menú funciona perfectamente.
más en el módulo no se abre pestañas. se abre normales nombres, los campos para entrar en el usuario, más cuando se utiliza un cuadro combinado, no aparecen las opciones.

Make sure you properly defined the options in the combo box. Those are separated with semicolon ( ; ).
