Where do I set the SUBJECT LINE for each profile? I tried creating a hidden field with a desired subject and selecting that in the profile but the subject for all profiles remains the same?

Is there some place I am not looking to enter what I want as the SUBJECT LINE for each profile? This is something so basic that it has to be somewhere obvious.

Thanks

See the "Field used as subject" parameter of the profile.

I did that...subject does not change.

Can there be a separate place in the individual email profiles for the desired subject line?

I created a hidden text field named "subject1" and entered in the default data as well as the field name the SUBJECT I wanted. Then I selected that field in the profile on the line you suggested but the same SUBJECT continues to appear for all emails regardless.

Then you did something wrong, because that is the field that is controlling the subject of the email.
Maybe you set something in the "Email subject prefix" parameter of the profile. But that is different in each profile anyway.

Please direct me to the specific instructions on how to set this up. I did not see which fields were important when creating this field so perhaps I don't have the field itself set up correctly.

There are no special settings that you need to do.
Here are the steps that you have to take:
- setup a hidden field and set it's default value to "subject is hidden" ( for example )
- modify the parameter "Field used as subject" of the profile to the new field you just added

That's it. I've tested ( again ) to make sure there are no problems and you can see it working here :
www.algisinfo.com/en/?option=com_aicontactsafe&pf=3

You will notice that the subject is generated from the prefix set in the profile + the default value of that hidden field.

The instructions for both those pages can be accessed by clicking the "Help" button from the top right toolbar.
