How can i add some msgs to the way aiContactSafe displays its msgs

If you mean the feed-back displayed in the messages section of the template you can modify the language file ( your_joomla_root\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_aicontactsafe.ini for English ).

I want to change how the content saved in database appers in the mail.I want it to appear in this format

This is the form submitted from [domain name]/username and shoild have the following fields
name:
email:
phone:
subject:


and i want to write fill the form above before the form

You can activate the email template and modify it to fit your needs.
Click "Edit email" in the profile.

I was able to customize it, but it seems that i can add some messages as prefix.Something like
"This is the mail submitted to "

How can i do it

For that you can either use a hidden field or modify the php code of the email to contain something like :

If you want to add an interactive value after that text you need more php knowledge.
