Dear aiContactsafe

I'm currently using your contact form on my website theaussiedj.com and the messages are not getting through.
Several clients have tried to contact me and they are getting a "invalid token" message and the information is not coming through.
How do I fix this...I'd be happy to make a paypal donation if you can help.
I'm losing many clients as they are not able to contact me.

Your help is appreciated.

Thanks
Gavin

Hi,

From what I can see in your page aiContactSafe is not properly setup and you don't have a destination email in the profile. Don't really know how you managed to do that. I suggest reading the instructions of the fields/parameters that were changed. If you need me to fix the setup you can by the "aiContactSafe Support" subscription. I hope you understand that I can't offer the extension and all my time for free.

Also your site is not working properly with "www" in front of the domain. So you need to make sure the site is redirected to the domain without "www" when somebody is accessing using "www". This can be done either by modifying the .htaccess file or by using the plugin aiRedirectWww from the download section.
This is not a problem related to aiContactSafe but to the way your server is configured.

Hi - having the same issue here.

I originally posted today that the email was not being sent because the progress indicator in Firefox (win) just kept spinning.

So I turned off Ajax on the form and it worked fine in Safari (as did the previous method) but on FF and other browsers I get the same message that Gavin had - invalid token.

Please advise - as I said the component works fine in Safari for mac, and our site works fine with www. or without www. in front of the address.

Please advise.
