Russian localization.
After sending, all error messages and all the texts in Russian output is not correct - encoding is broken.
Please tell me what could be the problem!

I don't see any problems on your site.
Was the problem fixed ? Can you post here what you did to fix it ?
I'm guessing the language file was not utf-8 encoded.
