Hi I´m using the ai contact safe form as a ticket reservation. The visitor will receive a confirmation of his email (send to sender) where the website-admin adress is the sender. This is important so that he can answer to his "order confirmation".

The Problem ist that the page admin will receive the same email - but with his own adress (website email) as the sender. It would be nice if the admin will get the sender adress (who ordered the tickets) as sender....

Is it possible to have different sender adresses for visitor and admin?

Maybe the domain helps: neu.loveboat.de/index.php/loveboat-tickets-kaufen-bestellen

The admin is receiving an exact copy of the email sent to the sender of the message.

If in the email received by the admin the address is changed that is done by your email server ( and there's nothing I can do about it ) or you activated "Set the sender to the default Joomla email address" from the control panel of aiContactSafe in which case using the "Reply" feature will reveal the user's email address ( the "Reply to" field is always set to the email address used in the form ).

You can try using the "Reply" feature in your email client and see what is happening.

Hmm - ok - so I have to live with that.

One more thing: Is it possible that the form will send a copy to the sender - evertytime! Even if I will not use the send to sender field (because in this case it will be empty)

No, you don't have to live with that.
You can use a different email server or activate the feature I mentioned from the control panel of aiContactSafe and at least when somebody clicks "Reply" on the email he should get the correct email to reply to.

Yes, you can send the copy of the email every time. Set the field "Field used as send to sender" from the profile to "Always send to sender". You can then deactivate the "Send a copy to the sender" field completely.

I have activated the field "Set the sender to the default Joomla email address". So from now on the user will receive a copy of his email with the sitename and email as sender! This works fine!

BUT now the admin is not any longer getting the email of the user as sender... he getting his own email and can not reply directly... maybe i have any misunderstanding?

I'm guessing your email server is also modifying/resetting the "reply to" field.
Try setting up a gmail account ( docs.joomla.org/How_do_I_use_Gmail_as_my_mail_server/ ) to use to send your emails.
